Since 2017, TCO has purchased GWS in the amount of about 13.7 trillion tenge. Of these, 4.7 trillion tenge, or 34%, fell on local content.
Moreover, of this amount, 2% was spent on goods of local content, on work – 77%, on services – 21%. In dynamics, the purchase of GWS in 2019 since 2017 has grown by 69%, for goods – 330%, for works – 97%, for services, on the contrary, decreased by 6%.
The increase in the purchase of GWS of local content in relation to 2019 amounted to 121% since 2017, with the largest increase for goods – 434%, for works – 199% and for services the procurement of local content decreased slightly – also by 6%, as mentioned higher for services in general.
So, if in 2017 the share of local content in GSS was 29%, then by the end of the second quarter of 2020 it reached 41%, for goods in 2017 – 6%, and in the second quarter of 2020 – 8%, for works in 2017 – 30%, and in the 2nd quarter of 2020 – 54%, the share of local content for services in 2017 – 29%, by the 2nd quarter of 2020 the share of local content decreased up to 25%.
Thus, since 2017, the share of local content for works has almost doubled, while for goods it remains small, and for services it even slightly decreased.
